• This program is delivered to individuals, partners, teams, and companies in 4 Private, Group, or Team Sessions spread over 4 or 8 weeks. 

   

• We begin with an overview session and then introduce the three practices of this skill development module. 

   

• To support your success, there will be a Weekly Open Community Session where you can bring your challenges and  insights, and learn from others as they learn from you.  

   

• The group will engage in Scripting & Roleplay Exercises for each practice. Working with the group, you will be guided through the process of developing your own natural skills.
